close riot vanguard in task manager close all riot applications then re open them
and if that doesn't work uninstall then re-install it
Don't even see vanguard in tm
what about your hidden icons?
Forgot how to check that ngl
bottom right of your taskbar its a little arrow
O where you can see everything?

Press win+r
Type msinfo32
Show ss
Also
Press win+r
Type tpm.msc
Show ss
