"Primary GPU" ASUS ROG Laptop with AMD iGPU and Nvidia Discrete GPU

As described in my title I have an Asus Zeph 14 Gaming laptop with an AMD iGPU and an Nvidia Discrete GPU. When I look at the ISO Downloads its saying "Primary GPU" what does this mean exactly? The Default GPU for the wayland session or what?

sorry for chiming in, but if I have an AMD iGPU and Nvidia dGPU, can I use the AMD image to have SteamOS game mode? as the iGPU can run with gamescope?
Yes, but you will have no Nvidia drivers
thanks, and using the Nvidia image would means no gamescope installed
I hoped for something like auto switch to iGPU only for gamescope, but that can be quite tricky and bug prone
Yeah, exactly why we don't ship an image with that combo
It would just be support hell for us
