It should auto scroll if the bottom is near the user current scroll position
Can you provide a recording of the issue?
The point is that my last bot message is an iframe. When I add another element below it, it doesn’t automatically scroll. However, I need an event from the iframe to move further. Is there a way to use JavaScript to force the page to scroll down?
No way to do that AFAIK 🙁
Thats strange as far we alreadt the feature to wait event from iframe
the scrolling absence could dramatically affect the conversion rate
Can you share a screen recording maybe it's a bug
