Twitch drops.
I've already claimed my drop 17 days ago as you can see in the image attached but I still didn't receive it on my account.
It is connected to the right account because I only have 1 riot games account connected to my twitch account.
Any help would be appreciated.

you can make a ticket once the drops campaign ends and ask them about it. they have been very slow/inconsistent at who gets the drop added in time
