you'd need to update the existing domain object at RIPE assuming you have control over it

Do I need to contact my internet service provider to change my RIR and RIPE information? How can this be done with the computer and internet settings?

If you don't own the IP Block very unlikely they're going to do that for you sometimes some providers let you tell them the specific reverse dns you want, could try that otherwise you're out of luck

then you should contact whoever you got that block from about changing the rdns. If you don't have RIPE access, that is. If you do have RIPE Access you'd just change the domain object

where can I make this query?

RIPE Network Coordination Centre
Webupdates
Tool that allows to add new objects and edit or delete existing objects in the RIPE Database

if you don't know what it is/have access, means whoever you bought the block from has to do all that for you/you need to contact them
