If you're an easy mode switch it to advanced

Select Windows OS Configuration
Set BIOS UEFI/CSM Mode to UEFI

That's one thing we can't fix. The only method that I've seen to work most often is just to reinstalling Windows

You could also try creating another user on your computer and only using English characters for the username
