Big problem
Do something against the smurfs(high elo players playing on low elo accounts), this is very annoying, we want to rank up but they always get in the way, also improve the anti-cheat, there are many programs that it doesn't detect, this should have been resolved a long time ago. We want to play against players who are at our rank or close. These problems can cause players to stop playing, you are a big team, it should be easy to resolve this. I've never played League Of Legends but they said it has a good system against smurfs, I don't know if it's true but they could do the same in Valorant.

1) There is a system in place to make sure Smurfs don't get placed into low level games. But as far as I know there is no punishment for smurfing.
2) The anti cheat is good enough where you don't have to worry about cheaters. I guarantee you....

there's punishment for smurfing in the sense you purposefully stay in bad ranks and just pop off whenever u want (I think?)
If smurfs can ruin our games then we should be able to join high elo to ruin their games
