Cloudflare Blocking Access to My Website
I have followed all the steps as per the request in the attached email but have not been able to reach anyone for a respoonse.

We can't help much with T&S issues, if you sent that info to them same day (the 14th), it's only been 2 business days since then, I would give them more time. It sounds like you're doing something weird with having something in another account separate from the normal account of a business, another option may be to use the normal account if I'm understanding right, if Enterprise plan you should have an assigned contact and such to reach out to, otherwise will have to wait for t&s
