Account blocked ?

Hey yall ! New to valorant and plays on xbox. Love the game. Today while trying to log on, a error appeared. No code, just saying that my account was banned because i used another app or something. I never did. Already sent a ticket for them, because I played normally yesterday and everything was fine. What could cause that ? Here’s a pick of the warning. It’s in french tho. Thanks ‘
