That particular style is going to be very hard to find for cheap. There is a reason they can sell these at the prices they do and people buy them. What are your parameters? Do they have to be sweatpants?
baggy sweatpants falling off around the shoes preferably black without any flashy or washed out texture
I'm sorry I cant think of any. you might be able to get some sweatpants in like a 4xl and have them reverse tapered all the way up by a tailor?
