Immense lag spike that lasts for what seems like forever

Hi, I own a Purpur server on the version/build

. I have lately gotten random and intense lag spikes that bring the TPS down to 5-10 TPS, I have no idea what could do this... but I uploaded a spark profiler.. can anyone help?
