got banned for no reason

hi i have been playing valorant for almost 2 years and i would never use a third party app but some how riot gave me a HW ban on my account but i swear i didnt use any kind of hack or somthing like that . and i saw many people have the same proplem and riot unban them, so hopfuly u can help me and i can give you any information you need if you want. sorry for disturbing u and have a great day. they gave me the ban 2 months ago 10th of june hope u guys help
