how do I avoid playing abyss/get better playing on it (as a neon player)

I really don’t wanna play abyss cuz (as a neon player) getting on site and running around is pant shitting at best bc of the parts where you can fall, I haven’t fallen (YET) because im playing slow and trying not to fall and for any other agent (besides maybe Jett or raze) is easy and not that difficult to play a lil slow and not fall but since I play neon i wanna have the fast and fun gameplay of neon but am to hesitant to because of how many places you can fall on abyss and I honestly I just wanna avoid the map as much as possible. Not only that but I feel like every time I play some guy just has to troll and try to throw the game. So plz either lmk how to avoid playing on abyss or lmk how I could get better at playing on it and still keep the fun, fast gameplay of playing neon
