Screen Freeze when fullscreen but audio works

Ive been having this problem lately, id fix it a week ago, i forgot how Id done it. This happened to me once again today, irdk what do I do. The only reason this problem arrived i think is that it might be a nvidia control panel bug, or probably because i was meddling with my settings. Please help me asap.
