Ist it posible to geht a SSL for a IP Adresse

Can you get an SSL Certificate for an IP Address? Yes it is possible, although some of the Authorities like Let's Encrypt won't let you, I believe both ZeroSSL and Google's ACME providers both do but not 100% sure.
Cloudflare certainly wouldn't give you one in any way though, they don't let you download/give certificates publicily trusted/signed by certificate authorities anyway, and origin ssl certs (Trusted only by proxy) have to only be for that zone/domain they're being created for
