SSL provisioning error with partner app

I'm the owner of domain - athenacopilot.ai We have been using Cloudflare for a long time. We signed up for Clerk - an auth provider service, where they were provisioning a SSL certificate for us. SSL creation was a problem, and once we reached out to them, they mentioned that Cloudflare has banned our domain and recommended to reach out to CF support. Can you please check? This is affecting our production tenant. Best

Check if you have any unpaid invoices (manage account -> billing -> invoices), otherwise should email abusereply@, the full banned message they should have got (and given you) is
The hostname is part of a banned domain. This web property cannot be added to Cloudflare at this time. If you are an Enterprise customer, please contact your Customer Success Manager. Otherwise, please email [email protected] with the name of the web property and a detailed explanation of your association with this web property.

Thanks, we noticed unpaid invoices due to an automatic payment failure. We have just cleared all the invoices, and have asked Clerk.com to retry provisioning certificates. Hopefully, it should be all good. I've already emailed abusereply few days back, but haven't received any reply yet. My email is [email protected]

That's interesting, wonder if they're just overloaded from all the billing issues, well don't think you need them now anyway

Thank you @Chaika for assisting here. The billing experience can definitely be improved to send reminder emails if an invoice is due for longer than x days.
