heroic games silently failing to launch
i have logged into my various accounts with heroic and i have installed a game (cygni). when i click play, it has a message that reads "installing redistributables", then the bar turns yellow and says "playing (stop)", then it turns back to the blue "play now" bar without any messages as to why it didn't launch.
attached is the output from the terminal from clicking the play button until it fails.

post the game log via "Report a Problem" below the Play Now button

i'll report back with whatever they tell me
following up: installing the appimage and removing the flatpak did the trick
the game runs with proton experimental. i replied in their discord as well
