I got banned for 1 week because of Valorant not loading
so Today i was in a match making with my brother when suddenly the game has started and my screen was stuck in the match making it was so unfair because it was the systems fault not me and now i have to wait 1 week just because of that can i please have a chance to talk to an admin please

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it.
Use
windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.

try to install valorant on an ssd if you havent already
