and here it is mention that a hollow sphere of charge Q so outside ef is kQ/r^2
now it is given that a charge Q is placed inside the hollow sphere at a distance r/2 from the centre.
So total chagre on the hollow sphere is Q(charge of hollow sphere ) + Q charge placed inside the hollow sphere
