It's impossible to answer that. But if someone's being toxic you can report them with the in-game menu or create a player report ticket.

Guess what happens the very moment that I realize that it's better to give skins to anyone who asks instead of denying their request and have them wait to kill me to grab them instead?

Well, I ask for help from the community regarding how I am supposed to solve this, but first I would just perhaps feel the comedy in hearing your response.

if they bait for ur skin more than twice just request it when they ask and dont drop it

When they requested it then I found no need to feel any more hate, I finally purified the reason to keep all skins that I own to myself, hoping that people would request any skin of mine and that I would then give it to them without any problem...
Finally that I learn to be nice and share my skins with whoever that asks for it, that they stop to request and just kill me anyway...
This has happened for 14 times today alone.
what skin do you use that people kill you for it
I don't have all skins of course, but I play with randomized skins, the last time occured with a Team Liquid Classic.
Second last time was with a green Ion Vandal.
