Ping Issues

Hiii When I am starting Val I am missing pings in every server except in Bahrim, Tokyo and in Cape Town. It wont me even load in to London. When I am Queuing with ppl and the Leader is marking london we will automatically get in to Bahrim which is stupid. This happened after a crash today. I have tried to reinstall val but it still gives me the same issues and different accounts. I dont have any internet problems! But I still can't seem to see why it keeps happening. And When trying to repairnd teh files they do indicate that theri was an issues and it got repaird still teh same issue. THis is how it looks like!!!
