Cf Images Transformations via URL only available if you host your site with Cf?
Is it not possible to do transformations via URL like https://imagedelivery.net/${accountHash}/${imageId} (note, imagedelivery.net is not my site) or something similar?
Must Cf be my DNS Zone for my site in order to do Image transformation via URL?
I would like to continue hosting my site on AWS but still use Cf Images for transformations via url.

If you are referring to Transform via URL | Images, then sort of? You need some (sub)domain on Cloudflare, but it doesn't necessarily need to be your main domain
