how do i fix this problem ?

Everytime I go into agent select, the agent animation doesn't load on my screen, and sometimes it freezes for a while at the loading screen when the match has alrdy started. Another issue is where when the enemy team or my team queue dodges in the agent select, my screen is stuck on the agent select screen, while I hear the audio in the background say "select your agent" which means my screen is still stuck but I'm in an agent select for another match ? Then I will get a queue dodge offense and get a penalty.

Solution:

Normally this has to do with your drive, where the game is installed

This is an issue with files loading off of your disk. You might have a HDD. If you do, you should defragment it or get an SSD and place Valorant on it. Use windows key + r than type "dfrgui" to check what type of drive you have.
