Why does the combat report show incoming damage of 31 when I had 150. I know my shots were shit but still lol . I also don't know why the clip is showing like 30 fps on here. Sorry

So, the kill card at the top of the match says that you were headshot.
I am guessing you were hit in the body and then hit in the head. This is consistant with the phantoms dmg. This just might be a visual error for consoles :)!
