I can't use the Rockstar Editor, every time I start it, the error appears (Erlay-Exit Trap)

Which server did you record your clips in?
I for one cannot open my clips that I recorded on the 9th and 10th of Aug, everything Aug 6th and previous opens fine though. Aside from the new clips crashing it when I try to access them, the rest works fine!

Yea that's still pretty odd because I still don't understand why Rockstar Editor wouldn't work properly for you guys while it's always worked properly for me instead
A side note, some MLOs may crash Rockstar Editor, so if you're recording clips for the editor try and avoid those areas with MLOs for a start
As far as I know Roxwood area is working fine for the Editor, but I'll have to do some more testing and see how it goes on my end, and will share my inputs here

Yeah the recent clips that I recorded on the 9th and 10th of Aug are all around the world in the Drift Lobby tbh, lots of different locations. Of course not sure why everything previous opens fine and even renders ok.. I will try this fix^^ and report back as soon as I can!
Ok I tried the fix you posted @ParkyTheCar and still no joy. I recorded a brand new clip also in RSM NA Drift Lobby and tried opening it and it still just crashes the Replay Editor on the home page. I get this while it tries to open the clip to edit it.
Note, also my friend who recorded clips, she has the same issues at the moment as well. I can't say specifically when this problem started, but the last clips I have that open fine are dated the 6th of Aug.

@ParkyTheCar Don't suppose there is any news on this issue? I was wondering is it just RSM or FIveM that has the issue and how many others are having a problem?

Well funny enough i was just going to export a new clip on my end, I still don't understand why it works on my end but not you guys
Isn't there a way to run the game in beta mode (boot strap?) I followed something here a while ago to make things work, but not sure if it would apply here in this case..
the game has different update channels yeah, but that won't change much unless cfx have recently pushed a change related to RE to be tested
Still getting this error. FiveM had a small update, gfx card is up to date as well.
Okay can comfirm this issue is RSM related, both NA, and EU server doesn't allow me to open clips in the Replay Editor. However I tried a different server to test and it worked and I was able to access the clip recorded. I am fond of RSM though and my friends play here so I hope it is fixed soon! Thanks in advance!

I still fail to find the reason that's causing crashes on your end
where were you recording your clips at?
All over Los Santos, the last test clip I tried was on the Boulevard near the cinema.. which I recorded clips nearby before the problem like around the 6th of Aug and they worked fine.

if I had to guess, it's due to the locked/escrowed assets which is a bug on Cfx.re's end
escrowed assets are not compatible with RE it seems
Ok, well thanks for the update.. Why is the RE working on other RP servers though and not RSM, is there something you can do to adjust it?
because they likely don't use any escrowed assets - we've got partnerships with creators that use escrow to protect their assets from being stolen
ultimately it's something that cfx.re should be fixing or adding support for
