Hey i was recently hacked and i wanna change my gmail but whenever i put my gmail to change and it says verify it i get no texts or anyhthing someone please explain

first of all go to https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us and get help from riotgames it can take a few weeks but this is the best you can do
