Please help me idk what to do i think i got hacked

Okay so basically my email has been changed i can still access my account and all but when i try and change my email it says verify check your email but when i do i dont get a email from valorant and aslo when i go to my Valorant security in files it says theres Admin(Me) user(me) and system and authenticated user someone please help me and also do me a favor and check if its like that for you too in security please lmk

hello- you can still access your account with email being changed? when did you get the confirmation that the email had changed a few of my friends and people on this “community-help” have had issues with their accounts being hacked except the password was changed and then email had changed, im not sure how you are getting access to your account is it okay if you show me what the email changed to with a screenshot? or just tell me what it ends in, .gmail, .outlook, .ru , etc….

Hey i gained access to it by simply logging in with google my gmail ends with .com and the hacker that changed it ended with .ru

except my friends weren’t able to log in at all honestly i’m not sure why it’s happening.. i think possibly a data leak has occurred but it’s a very simple step to get your account back go to account recovery on the riot games support page and enter the original email that the account was made on and your date of birth, if you think you put a fake DOB of account creation it doesn’t matter just put your real one in. you will get an email back and are than able to change the email/password and have full access to your account without the hacker having any involvement. i do recommend obviously changing your password to something different and changing your actual email password so they can’t relog back in i know you have access to your account and are able to use it but we don’t want the hacker being able to be in your account and the account to be owned in his email and doing what he wants with it so this will make sure he doesn’t have access to get into your account or that it’s in his email this has worked for my friends and others. let me know if this step works for you <3

Hey i did actually change the gmail since i had access but cant change my password for some reason i dont get the gmail for changing it im not sure why but im not to sure if the gmail changed after i changed it and verified it right after i press log out of all devices so im not to sure but i did go into my gmail and verify it before i press log out So right now i dont have access to my account

then you just have to put in some simple questions and you’ll recieve an email about it and this will get your account back

ah yeah this has just happened to somebody else i’m talking to. i’m not sure why that’s happening because it’s worked before but there must just be loads of requests happening with it since this issue is occurring with loads of people i suggest submitting a normal ticket, although i know you want your account back asap, im afraid your going to have to wait for them to email you back and it will take a little while so you might not be able to get a reply/get your account back today but you will get your account back at some point just make an alternative account to submit a ticket and make sure you include evidence like screenshotting the email change. i’m sure they’ll be able to help as this has happened a lot
