Can't open riot client
So basically, I recently had the corrupt data notification so I fixed it pretty fast however now. However, I can open valorant from the app and not the launcher which is what I normally do. How can I update valorant if the I can't load the launcher? I click on client but it won't open and theres no notification

It shows a blue shield with yelow spots
It asks me to enter the admin passcode and when I do it still doesnt load
Uncheck run as administrator in its compatibility settings
