Text growing like roots from terminals animation
Hey! I want to make an animation using the terminals of letters so whenever the user hovers over the word letter/letters extended from the letter terminals like roots (Just in case you are confused, terminals meaning the lower vertice of the letter) , how can I achieve this any suggestions?

The text is visible without hover, it's just that on hover the text terminals, for example the letter has A has two terminals at the bottom and I want it to grow as the roots of the tree expands under the ground, Yeah I know similar thing can be achieved using svg however I don't want to use svg as I want it to be like an animation that can be applied to multiple elements
