hacked/lost account
i had legit just lost my account today, i'm not sure if this is the right place to go to but i thought id give it a shot if it meant i could get some what to immediate help. i've spent maybe around 100$ and i have some really sedimental stuff on my account, ive had it since december of 2022, i already sumbitted 2 tickets/reports, i just honestly want my account back, i know and i understand i don't have a lot of stuff but my account means a lot to me, i don't have many friends but the friends i do have, play valorant and they seem to be upset at me; for something i didnt mean to do, if this is the wrong spot to complain then i apologize. thank you:)

go to riot support website and click on account recovery, you just need to enter the email that the account was originally made on and then put your DOB, if you would’ve entered a fake dob at the time of account creation it doesn’t matter, just put your actual date of birth and then check your emails to get it back. this has worked for 4 of my friends who have had the same issue. some data breach im pretty sure. then after please change your email password so it doesn’t happen again, let me know...

sending a ticket won’t do much but if you go to “account recovery” it’s a really simple step

sometimes they take long to email you back to say you’ve received your account back but one friend didn’t receive an email and about 10 minutes he tried to relog in just incase it worked and it did
so even if you don’t recieve an email to say you got your account back keep checking! <3
