I need help uninstalling Valorant (solved)

New player here, the game didn't really stuck on to me. I uninstalled Vanguard first and then went to uninstall Valorant but I kept getting this error message that "Riot Games is still running" so I go to task manager, end all riot games tasks and I still get this thing. I even tried doing the opposite and uninstalling Riot Games before Valorant but as expected I need to uninstall any riot games before the actual thing. Even after resetting my laptop I get this stupid "riot games is still running". How do I get rid of this thing?
