Hi team, when using a URL action in ThoughtSpot (not Embedded/TSE, ThoughtSpot directly), is there any way to tell what user (or organization or group(s) the user belongs to) triggered the action in the data payload sent to the URL?

@joel - Just to understand it more, are you asking that if some user copy the iframe URL and run it another tab, can we get details of that user in the system ?
No. If user clicks to trigger a URL action (https://developers.thoughtspot.com/docs/custom-action-url#_initiate_a_url_action), and that action sends the payload to myApi.com/receive. Can myApi.com/receive endpoint inspect the payload to determine that info on the user?
URL actions
You can add a custom action to send data to a specific URL target
Hi @joel, we currently do not provide the user info. in the payload of custom action. Can you please help us understanding your usecase better to take it as a feature request.
Hi @Aditya , emailing that user a summary of the data would be an example. Another might be saving that they used that action on that data so we can use that to inform what we offer/share with them in the future.
Thanks @joel Please raise the support request so we can take this as feature request.
