Fix quill hat

But then something terrible happened. I dropped it lightly on the floor in my living room.
How am I supposed to fix this?
The star shaped form of the inner part makes no sense to me.
The 2nd pic is the first one folded, and so is the first one.
How the fuck is this supposed to fit?

There are stiffer hats that don’t form to the wearer’s head, but this isn’t one of them
You bought an unstructured ball cap it is supposed to look like that the insert is only for shipping. If you do not like it you should buy a structured ball cap

Just gonna say it one more time - this is literally a product picture from the uniqlo website of the hat you bought. There is no black insert inside of it. It is meant to be removed
