Hey, so this screen is from a friend of mine. He launches the Game and it instantly throws him into a Training Game. He cant open any doors, its just the Box on the left side. Re-Installing didnt changed anything. Does somebody knows whaz this is?

we are trying to track this down. can you ask your friend to answer the following questions?
* Are the voice lines playing when they get into the room?
* Does a blue area highlight appear in front of the door at any point?
* Do they get the cutscene at the beginning?

so there are no voicelines playing, except if he hits his Q, pheonix says "No Charges left"
there is no blue highlighted area at the door. the game launches, shows "Basic Training Frankfurt" and he spawns in this little room

nope there is none. After hitting play in the launcher he gets directly thrown in this training game

Try turning ur wifi off when in there
Wait for about 4 minutes
Then turn it back on
