No support for WARP / Zero trust seat limit issue
Howdy! So I have tried to raise a support ticket, as well as a community blog on this one but don't seem to be getting anywhere, so any help would be greatly appreciated.
The issue I am having is that we are getting an error for new starters this week stating that our organization has reached its seat limit for the month, even though we had 17 user licences available.
In a blind panic we have added an additional 50 and we are still having the same issue.
I have been looking at blogs, forums, the community for 2 days now and getting desperate.
Any help here would be great please
