Chat URL
Hi,
Is it possible to access chat from viewer url directly, without extension/subpage ?
Something like bot.com instead of bot.com/chatbot-123

Just use the "Add my domain" feature on the share page and set up your CNAMES. I think you could even do it for a root domain.
Not sure if that option is only available in the cloud version though...
yes is possible and you need only to add your domain and manage the dns for your domain.
You only have to add a A Record
Type A
Name @
Value 76.76.21.21
in case of root domain you need to manage the A record and not the Cname but the action is similar 🙂
