help my pc is stuck in bios whenever i launch it

pls someone help me
wdym stuck in bios
i restard my pc
restart*
and it keeps launching in bios
and i cant close it
because it opens right bsck up
hmmm maybe make a video
What did u do that made it like this?
Cuz it wouldn't do that on its own
i wanted to transfer c files to the hard drive
and it worked but the other hard drive files idk where they went
and the space was reduced from 900 to 200
and so it basically cloned the c drive

Go to boot

And give boot priority to the hard drive
Windows files prob got transferred to the hard drive and u need to boot through the hard drive
thats the first thing I did
Then ur boot manager is cooked prob
Can u boot into the recovery environment?
