email verification not received
I recently signed up for the Cloudflare free account, but I am not receiving the account verification email. Please could you assist in helping me verify my email address? (I have already double-checked my email address as well as in my junk/spam folders)

Sounds like you're on the email suppression list if your end isn't spamming it. If you post on https://community.cloudflare.com/ about it, since it's linked to your account they can remove you from it.
