24 hour ban for a problem beyond my control please help
I was playing ranked and doin decent till my game just froze and my laptop completely. Restarted it and logged on only for it to be stuck on the main image for god knows how long. Teammates surrender and now I’m banned how do I contact them

Imma be real with you they most likely wont lift the ban since its a hardware issue, and also by the time they reply the ban would be over so better to just wait it out.
