We have uploaded your file to a paste service for better readability
Paste services are more mobile friendly and easier to read than just posting a file

I think the "BetterQuesting " mod is the one causing issues
Try to update that mod if possible, if not try to remove the mod and then try to start the server and see if it still crashes
