Identifying military style ripstop shirt
I was looking through some instagram reels and I saw this post from @greipjokes and I thought the shirt he was wearing in this video looks pretty cool. He's based in Iceland and I recognize the ripstop fabric and canadian slotted buttons. Does anyone recognize this shirt? I think it could be some military surplus.

Looks like it could be an OG107 shirt looking at the fabric, pocket shape and buttons

1970s Vintage OG-107 Military Utility Shirts Fatigue
It was issued to the US military during the Vietnam War from the 1960s. This is a utility shirt made of cotton satin (OG-107) fabric. There are marks from removing the patch, scratches, and discoloration.
short sleeve for example, but you should be able to find long sleeve easily enough, whether that's a vintage one or a repro
Thanks for the info! I thought it was pretty similar to the older style fatigue shirts. I did notice the shirt does have slotted buttons so it is probably a newer version of that shirt.
You may be right, on closer look the fabric looks more similar to a ripstop than a sateen
I'd say stylistically it appears similar to an og107 but perhaps a newer style
Hmm well that does narrow it down a bit. The guy from the video lives in Iceland so its possible it could be British/Canadian/Scandinavian military surplus
Look at this shirt i’m finding a hard time matching it to anything. Canadian gear had similar buttons but wasnt ripstop. Sweden was neither ripstop or this button config. Either something else or a repro i think
Well thanks for the help! I know about some milsurp forums on reddit and I'll ask there as well
I thought it looked familiar. Pretty damn close to this lol
