Could I get back the previous 2 name servers when initially assigned in pending state?
My domain is in com.kh Cambodia, the government does not allow changing name servers via online rather manually where I have to fill up forms, submit them and wait for the ccTLD.kh to change the nameserver manually. By the time, we got the email they have changed from the initial nameserver which is today. As I tried to setup the cloudflare DNS it has changed to another set of nameserver.
matias.ns.cloudflare.com
laylah.ns.cloudflare.com
to
itzel.ns.cloudflare.com
ivan.ns.cloudflare.com
The country is not as advance as others where NS can be changed online. Now I have to go through it all over again and my site is dead.
Can I request to cloudflare to change it back to matias.ns.cloudflare.com and laylah.ns.cloudflare.com?
Support please help the site is down. the TLD is pointing to old NS and cloudflare refreshes to new NS.
What can I do?

That sounds like a pain. It sounds like you're hitting the new domain hijacking protections
To prevent domain hijacking, you can no longer preset Cloudflare nameservers at your registrar before creating the respective zone in Cloudflare. If you preset your nameservers and then add the domain, your domain will be assigned a new pair of nameservers.https://developers.cloudflare.com/dns/zone-setups/reference/nameserver-assignment/ You wouldn't be able to get them changed back
