Because acc is given as a functional of Time a=At^33 if we will put different values of t we will get different acc thats why it is variable acc

so in future if i see anything like acceleration equals time can i come to a conclusion that acceleration is dependent on time and equation of motion wont be used rather differentiation or integration>?

not equals time, function of time like usually to use equations of motion acceleration is constant but if acceleration is given as a function of time, could be anything at, at^2 etc, you will have to integrate it and yes you can
