Clothing help

i feel like i used to have an okay fashion sense but these days i feel like i’ve been falling off AHAHA. i feel like everything i wear makes me look a bit bottom heavy if that makes sense? idk if it’s just i need to lose more weight but any ideas on how i can fix this or like even some suggestions for a type of style i should go for? thanks a lot 🙂

Well you are wearing big pants which might add to this. But all these look fine to me. Pic 2, the way the bag straps makes your shirt slim around the armpits may contribute to a bottom heavy shape

Yeah I'm with Scott, fit looks right on your body so its really up to you. If you feel like you're in a rut you can ask for some advice on how to change things up

I can’t speak for how you personally see this of course but for me , none of these pictures would have me even consider your body weight if you hadn’t mentioned it

Id be interested in seeing all these photos without the bags. Bags are cool but I think the straps are changing your silhouette (is this intentional?)

i don’t really think about it tbh i just wear bags cos i carry things 😭

You could change the fit of your pants, wider or narrower (neither is wrong fyi). Maybe even go as far as a balloon silhouette. You could add more color or interesting accessories.

Look at Bishopcorrigan, Pesty al Gaib, Damb, Cirque, and Smiles. They all do fully put together outfits really well in:waywt has:image from:(USERNAME) ^ use that to search at the top this cut is a very specific one its basically a flare all the way from the top

nice. for the record we dont allow promotion so make sure you arent promoting but we are always happy to have passionate clothes people here :)) if you end up doing it please post it here im super interested in seeing how they turn out another option would be to take an existing pair of oversized pants and hem them in all the way to the top like a reverse taper you'd have to start with like a 40" waist on some carhartts or something like that

two things that you can play with is wearing bootcut jeans so you still get the stacking but it’s skinnier on the thigh, or you can play with a cropped but wide/drapey top

i imagine belting a giant pair of jeans could achieve a similar effect especially if with an untucked shirt

Your tops are pretty long for instance for the streetwear silhouette that’s popular rn

^ also look up char's WAYWT for other examples great fully put together outfits in a similar stylistic vein

See this basketcase inspo for example It’s a cropped hoodie with somewhat baggy jeans but it gives a different proportion

Or on this one you see how a flared Jean works to give less on the lower half but still stacks on the shoe

Love the sweater on the first photo though

also your jeans are just too long for the most part. You can hem them so they still break on your shoe. thats also why the jncos don't stack, but stay wide, they aren't actually like, held up by the shoe or anything
