I've been stuck in iron for 9 months, how can I get better??

Quick backstory: I started playing in 2021 with a different account, I made a new acc in 2023 and I started doing comp but I haven't gotten out of (MAX) Iron 3, I never even placed in Bronze(I believe). Since then I've been stuck in Iron 3. I've tried everything from Woohoojin(No cue how to spell it) videos to aim training and ways to clear site or get picks from certain angles. I've tried every single category of agent and I'm almost equally as bad in all of them. As you can see from the photo, all of those are really lucky games, I have never won that many games in a row in my LIFE. Truly I try to get better but I have a skill cap I can't get above. Don't tell me to play another game because it's the exact same in every other game I play. I need advice I'm tired of being hardstuck iron.
