i found a fix in spooferpro discord, it was complicated thou
I figured it out
I just used my other phone which was on iOS 16.7.5 instead of my other one which was on iOS 16.3.1
the fix i found was to revert the game save using appstore++
How would I do that by chance
I was able to find out how to get AppStore++ but what version of Pokemon go do I upgrade or downgrade to
