My website developer says my DNS records on Cloudflare but no one from my company has any records

My website developer says my DNS records on Cloudflare but no one from my company has any records of ever having used or paid for Cloudflare - it's not in any emails or anything. Our host is godaddy but apparently DNS on CF... I don't know anything about websites I'm just relaying what they told me. I can't contact any real people from Cloudflare because of the subscription issue. We need our cloudflare login to launch our new website but no one is so sure the account even exists. I tried the "forgot my email" thing and even that gave us no help. Anyone have any ideas on what i can do here to find my login / find out if it actually exists? Need to get to the bottom of this!

did you actually check if cloudflare is the authoritative dns for your domain? Also if godaddy is your registrar you can just revert the dns GLUE entries to the godaddy dns
