Critical error
Pod seems to have hardware issues.
I cant connect to it to backup my data and im still paying full price for it

Log a support ticket on the website, Discord is community support and not really many RunPod staff here.
run pod staff takes weeks to answer

You can type out the pod id so it doesn't have to be manually typed from the screenshot then maybe @Elder Papa Madiator can help escalate it for you.
in the ticket i just sumbitted i had to enter my pod id wich is "ID: 12hhe7njkpy7kb"
its not the first time i had a problem with Swedish pods,
i just hope it wont last 4 weeks like last time
I use US region for community cloud now, seems more reliable and has amazing internet speeds.
but US region power caps their GPU
i have way worse performances on US servers by like 70%
Hosts are not allowed to power cap their GPUs, you need to report them if they do so they can be unlisted.

i tried several french, US, german and Swedish pods
only swedish were working as intented
