Have you studied electrochemistry? So, one of the first things, I mean, in the starting they teach you a standard hydride electrode, right? Can you read that up on NCRT? So, everything is measured with reference to that electrode, hence it's called the reference electrode. So, you assume that to be zero and you measure anything against it. And zero when? In those conditions that are given, one molar, activity one, etc., one bar pressure or one atmosphere pressure will be in.
