How to Animate an SVG's frame by frame ?
I have a few sets of SVG frames that I need to animate. How can I achieve this? I have shared some animation videos and frame examples for each set of frames, and each set has a different approach to animation. Is there any library that can help me accomplish this? Your assistance is much appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Why does it have to be "frame by frame"? There are other much better ways to do animations and I did not see anything in what you shared that would require a "frame by frame" approach. Also, the videos had a lot of lag. I'm not sure if that is because you actually use a "frame by frame" approach to create them. This approach is generally used only for raster graphics based sprites. SVG already has it's own vector animation system, and CSS animations also can be used on it.
can u suggest a few options on how can we achieve the animations?
This image is a set of SVG frames presented one after another.
you could look into SMIL animations and also SVG sprites
